Good addon advices for recording in garrys mod?

Hey all, I haven’t recorded in garrys mod now for a long time.
Do you people have any good mod tips that i absolutly must get!?

Is there any mod where you can make AI walk/run to specific locations? Or to make em do talking/moving there arms animations?
