Got a problem

What is the easiest way to make a block that fits around this door? :S

I tried to use vertex tool and split the face several times, but i guess i shouldn’t do that.

Should i clip instead? Doesn’t that create too many extra blocks?

For me, it’s the arch tool. Experiment with it.
