My friend Skotty got this all working, but I decided to upload here so that all you guys can get to it more easily.

Has a ton of textures and the skyboxes as well.

You stick the “hl2_leak” folder straight into your materials folder

Very nice man. These look incredibly useful. Many of them I already see uses for.

Eh, can’t one just copy them over from the leaked build? There’s no need to convert them or anything.

Most people don’t know where to find leaked build, and the leaked textures might override some HL2 textures, so this sticks it in it’s own directory.

Also I should probably mention you stick the “hl2_leak” folder straight into your materials folder.

To be honest, if you need leaked stuff, just DL MissingInfo. It has more than this anyways.

They look like normal textures to me?

What do you mean? A large part of them are identical (or have subtle differences) to the ones used in the retail game, as they’re just taken from an early version of that.

There’s also a bunch of new textures, which imo, are far superior to retail’s textures + a lot of then have normal maps as well.

Missing Info doesn’t include all of the beta textures.

Yes, I have been trying it out and it’s a great texture pack. It feels like some of these textures should have been in the base game all along, they would have been incredibly useful.
