Hey guys.

Well anyways I was wondering if Someone CAN
make Halo Character Models to Replace C_Soldier C_Elite C_ Prison guard and the citizens.
and weapons too I already have an assault Rifle though

Combine are Brutes or jackals
Metrocops are maybe grunts :slight_smile:
Citizens Spartans ODST and Elites
Barney The arbiter
Alyx Miranda Keyes
Eli maybe Sgt.johnson
HEV Suit Spartan Armor
Weps:
Pretty much Pistol Magnum pistol or Plasma
AR2 Plasma Rifle
Shotgun Brute Shotty or Human shotty
Crossbow None
Nades None
Crowbar Energy Sword

I want all Elite Ranks Black= Spec ops blue is just infantry red is major the rest is all YOUR CHOICE

Search halo on garrysmod.org theres a few there (and a very good weapon pack).

To replace them apparently you can just rename them and they should (I can’t get it to work though).

The best way to do it is decompile the model, rename it in the qc and then recompile.

But Problem is does this work so I can make VIEW MODELS

Yep you get view models, but they will suck as they will be missing animations and maybe not even have the right animation names making the just sit there without doing anything

Sure you can, but you will have to make your own anims or use the ones already in the view model your decompile.

Only if you don’t put them back in when your recompile. (or forget to rig your model)
