Hammer Editor water not working once compiled

This is the stuff that appears in the compile window. What happens when I compile the map is the water does not show and just looks like a hole in the ground but when you are in it, it is normal. The water was working fine until I added something. The pointfile does not show any leaks and I have tried using a different texture. The options I use when compiling is: Run BSP (normal) Run VIS (fast) Run RAD (fast) Thanks in advance if you can help me out
