Hand animation shaking. First person animation for GMOD

Hand animation is shaking in the game. Animated in blender. armature has IK. What could be the problem?

maybe inconsistent movement and slower framerates create the shaking effect?

what do you mean by inconsistent movement? And the animation speed in the qc file is set to 60 fps, just like in the blender.
