Hand models?

How would I be able to make hand models using HL2?
Something like this, http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=51309. Except using Half Life 2 hands.

I tried searching, “Sorry, this type of search is disabled until we get a nice fast slave database up and running.”

I’ve seen threads show up in Google that don’t explain much.
A link to a tutorial would be great.

It’s right here in SWEP form.

If you were actually looking to model new HL2 hands, you would use a modeling program.

I am looking to model my own. Any tutorials in Facepunch that have this? A link or a short summary of what I could do is appreciated.
