My animator just finished off a nice set of animations for a model and everything looks fine in 3ds max (Note that he is using a hand rig, so I can bonemerge hand models ingame):
However when he compiles the result in the SDK’s Model Viewer is this:
It would appear that the hands are now, I think, twice the size of what they actually should be. And the thing is that they only get rescaled, they don’t change position or anything. Anyone got a clue why this is happening, or better yet, how to fix it?
