Well this will throw you this error (or a similar) even if you combine all the bodygroups into one. The model is just too complex probably.

I got it compiled, but i’m now having trouble getting textures and i don’t know how to ragdoll the turrets

To make a “ragdoll” for your mesh you need a more simplified mesh called collision mesh you do that by making simple primitive models like boxes around your model that you want the player to hit, then you need to export it as an smd and specify it in the qc, file here is an example

$Mass 30 \ defines how heavy your model is

Well, the whole prop is not ragdolled. Only the turrets
