Head rigging..

I’ve been playing about with a ragdoll, just combining 2 into one for a personal skin cause I’m bored, it all went smooth but when in 3ds max, it looks like this


But when in-game, it looks like this…?

How could I fix this guys?

make sure the head is weighted properly to the head bone and such. make sure no other bones are trying to use it
