So I have made a map not that its important. With in the map I have added logos that say my community name. Now after compile and testing the pictures always seem stuttery and you can sometimes see the wall behind the logo when strafing sideways! Anyone know how to fix that? Please and thanks for your time.
I’m no mapper but what you’re describing sounds like z-fighting, if the logos are separate (i.e. not a texture on the wall) then move them a tiny bit away from the wall and that should fix it.
This is absolutely the case. Slightly move the brush with the texture away from the other brush it is clipping with and you will be 100% fine.
This problem also occurs with decals that are placed as a decal but not set as a decal in the .vmt file.
