Help!! Converting assets from Gary's Mod to 3ds MAX

Hey guys! I’m working on a big project in 3ds MAX and many of the models I’m looking for can only be found here on this awesome forum!

I have Gary’s Mod, and I’ve read about ways to bring source files into 3ds max. But there’s just so many file formats!!! I’m not sure what to do.

Any direction on converting these files would be greatly appreciated.

.MESH files, came with a .mesh.ascii file too.

I have a folder full of vtx vvd phy and mdl files! What’s needed? What isn’t? What should I be focusing on converting?
