Help me facepunch, I'm about to moer my PC stukkend

I’ve spent a while coding a squash game in C++ and finally decided to start making my own models and animations for the game (I’ve been using quake 3 models and animations). I figured out blender, and armatures and animations, so now I have a textured, half animated and key framed mesh. All I want to do is export it to either .X format or .b3d format.
What do I need to do for it to export the armature animations along with the model mesh?
If I give you guys my .blend file, can you guys check what I did wrong?
Modelling is an entire universe on its own, and it looks like I’m going to have to spend a few months learning modelling before I get going with the game again…
