Help With Hammer

Firstly, i have no idea if this is the right section, so a pre emptive sorry if i am being a tit.
Secondly, before you guys read my compile text, let me let you know that i have found and destroyed all micro brushes and have also gone to the coordinates mentioned in the transcript (it talks about a concrete texture error).
I went to these cooridantes, and after changing all the concrete textures i could find into something eles, i proceded to delete all brushes around the coordinates, yet the error persisted?

due to this (i suppose) hammer wont run the game, greeting me instead with the error message, Cannot find the file specified. Total bollockery

If anyone has any ideas id be very grateful.
