Help with my gmod server

I recently set up a TTT gmod server. I have the css part installed, a fastdl with all needed files, ULX admin addon. I keep constantly getting this error in console along with every other player on my server at the same exact time. This error does not happen in a set interval it seems to almost go off at random. The console error message is Browser Message: Uncaught ReferenceError: SetStatusChanged is not defined - :0 . The Error disconnects all clients as if the server crashed but yet the server remains up and can be connected to immediately after the disconnecting message appears at the top right of the screen. Any and all help would be appreciated.

anyone by chance know how to fix this?
