Help with Portal 2 Mapping Elements

There are a few things that I cant seem to make work. First, how do you make it so when you have the blue only portal gun somewhere in the map it spawns the yellow/orange one for you. My second question is how do you make the door that is used in the retro Aperture with the weights on the sides. Finally how do you make it seem like you just woke up. For example when you start in the first Portal you start by sitting up. Im not sure if this is possible in Portal 2 I just was interested.
