Ok so im making this cool swep but i cant figure out how to get player to leviate sense SetVelocity(Vector(0,0,250)) just launches the player in the sky so how to make him stay in specifig height until button is released
hmm you can try ply:SetVelocity(-ply:GetVelocity()) but im not sure

You can set his position to GetPos + Vector(0,0,250)
well this works but i would need the target to stay in air
target:SetMoveType( MOVETYPE_NONE ) target:SetPos(target:GetPos() + Vector(0, 0, 100))
this worked now just need to figure out how to make player not go up from 100
