How would i make an item system and an inventory system?

well im working on a gamemode and i just want a simple inventory that can store items made with an item system that is not unlike pointshops item system
-Create a item base
-Create items derived from the base
-Serialize items from base
-Make a reader for the serialized items
-Select your storage system (SQL-Txt)
-Write the serializated data
-Read and spawn the serializated data
-Create a player base storage
-Write data on that storage
-Load and spawn that data
Hard mode: Clientside replication, delta updates and prediction
