help with this model and compiling

hey guys so i am trying to make a qc for this model:

this is the qc i used:
$cd “C:\Users\Darian\Desktop\Sgt.Johnson”
$surfaceprop “flesh”
$modelname “Johnson.mdl”
$cdmaterials “C:\SourceSDK\hl2\materials\Models\johnson”

$model studio “reference.smd”
$sequence ragdoll “ragdoll.smd” FPS 30 activity ACT_DIERAGDOLL 1
$collisionjoints “phymodel.smd” {
$mass 60.0
$inertia 10.00
$damping 0.01
$rotdamping 1.50
$rootbone “pelvis”
and when i compile i get this:

it does fine and this is what it looks like in the menu of the model veiwer:

and this is what i get in the model viewer:

did i do the qc wrong whats with the bones and can any body plz help me?

look at some example qc files before you post for help.

change
$cdmaterials “C:\SourceSDK\hl2\materials\Models\johnson”

into
$cdmaterials “Models\johnson”

Make sure you actually compiled the textures and put them in C:\SourceSDK\hl2\materials\Models\johnson

I put them in vtf and vmt is that what you mean?

no i ment change it in your qc file…
