It’s a little mod, which replaces your watermelon texture with a very nice one (normal map + phong + rimlighting + 2048x2048 resolution), because the one Valve made sucks to be honest. Pictures (click to enlarge):

The bumpmap is slightly too strong, other than that, it’s very nice!

It shouldn’t have a normal map at all because watermelons are smooth.
