HL2 Dropship No Dynamic Shadow

Sorry for creating a thread, couldn’t find another place to ask.

I realized the default HL2 Dropship model does not cast shadows from projected textures, and wanted to ask how I’d go about enabling them (permanently, hopefully).

On the wiki page I saw these inputs I have no idea how to access, one of them being:

Decompile the .mdl file of the dropship using Crowbar, write $MostlyOpaque in the .qc file then re-compile using Crowbar once again.
