hlmv.exe cant load certain model

I successfully turned a ragdoll into a playermodel using Blender (I needed to rig the model to a new skeleton). I created new phymodel and ragdoll smds too. INGAME everything works absolutely fine, but when I try to load the model with hlmv the program crashes. It should be something related to the model, because I am able to correctly open any other model I load with hlmv. Here is my qc:

Does anyone know another program to modify hitboxes? I just needed hlmv to finish my work in the model.
