Hold type for SWEP remains in neutral regardless of what I do & Help making a sword-type SWEP

I know this sounds dumb but I’ve tried setting the script to make it shared rather than server-side as suggested by another thread I read,


function SWEP:Initialize()
	self:SetWeaponHoldType("melee")
end

and yet, in third person, anyone using the SWEP appears in the “neutral” position regardless of what I do. Help?

(additionally, I am looking for ways I could rig a sword-type SWEP)

Found the issue, I feel kinda stupid now. Locking thread.
