Homefront player model help

So once again another person stuck on making player models. :suicide: (sorry)
I have got some Homefront ragdolls. which i tried to make into playermodels.
But they are still stuck in T-pose -_-

Im not asking for a tut, but for you to tell me whats wrong. (Im sure there is 100000 tuts for everything on here ahah)
