how can you get an entity's position (e.g a the bouncy ball) after spawning it?????

I Need to find the position of a bouncy ball after it has been spawned (not the shoot pos) so I can make another entity home in on it. Is it possible??

yeah ive tried that but is the a way to refer specifically to an entity like ent_example and get its position?

You must do
[lua]
local ent = ents.FindByClass(“yourentclass”)[1] --this will give you the 1st entity on the entites found with that classname
print(ent:GetPos()) --print the position
