How do I make a scrolling texture to emit light?

I have a scrolling lava texture, now I’d like to know how to make it create light.
Also I have a second question, how do I make a tile floor to reflect everything?

Add the texture to lights.rad

Put a func_reflective_glass under a semi-transparent func_brush. Make the brush about 180 alpha so you can see through it to the glass underneath.

You have to extract it from the .Gcf

Or use a water material with a normal map which has an RGB of 128,128,128. Higher quality reflections and afaik it’s cheaper than func_reflective_glass.
