How should i get more people on my rp server

Well me and a friend just started a new rp server at 216.245.206.105:27015 and the population is very small sometimes no one joins all day I was wondering how to increase the population

PS: its not a stupid base level server there are custom classes, PHX, Wire, Drugz mod, Conna’s tools, FPP, CSS Weapons, and other normal and unique addons

Couple of ideas:

  1. Invest in a Fast Download so people dont have to wait as long to download the files for the server.
  2. Play in the server with your mates and people will slowly join, you have to think not many people will join a empty server.
  3. Treat the players with respect and theyll come back.

Couple of ideas that have worked for me in the past with previous communities.
