I have a trigger_multiple and a filter_activator_class. The Filter Classname is prop_ragdoll and the trigger uses that filter. My output on the trigger is: OnStartTouch -> !activator -> Kill but this doesnt do anything. So how would I make this trigger destroy any ragdolls that touch it?
Did you check the flags of the trigger_multiple? Be sure to set them appropriately. The “Everything” flag should do the trick I would think.

if you’re talking about player ragdolls, they use a different entity
usually its the game prefix + ragdoll (cs_ragdoll, tf_ragdoll)
