Thankfully I’ve been fortunate enough to come across a VERY VERY VERY EASY way to go from having a model textured and ready in 3ds Max to having it in game in GMod.
I’ve just completed making 2 videos about it which you can now find ready to watch in a playlist below
It requires 3 pieces of software (2 not including 3ds Max obviously)
-3ds Max (2012 + works fine) I use 2015 in the videos
-Wall Worm Model Tools
I have links to the WWMT and Gmpub in the videos so please check em out and let me know if you have questions. By no means do I have all the answers but I have run into TONS of problems prior to this so maybe I can help.
