how to get rid of yellow error messages?

So how do I get rid of the yellow errors? They only pop up ( this is only on my server btw ) when you switch to the tool gun.

Update Wiremod.

The yellow errors are Lua errors and I’m pretty sure the only way to get rid of them is through addons.
