Then use Vertex Manipulation to bend each side, depending on how smooth you want it you’ll need to split each part in half again.

Don’t forget to cut diagonals across the quads.
It might be easier to use Sketchup to make it and then use the import script on it if you are working in the L4D sdk.
It would still require work, but I assume the basic shape would be there.
