How to make floors shiny/reflective?

Could anyone link me to a tutorial or go over real fast on how to make floors reflect light

Cubemap’s should do the trick if the texture has a cubemap in the VMF.

That is the line in the VMF that allows cubemaps to work with the texture.

Do you know where the stock textures VMF files are located for HL2?

Most HL2 textures already have cubemaps in the VMF’s… Just put a env_cubemap in your map and it should work.
