How to make water "spill" out from a pipe?

I’m making a map for L4D and i wan’t to have a pipe wich has a minor crack in it and water is shooting out from it.

I can’t figure out how to do this but i’ve seen it on official maps, can anyone help me?

Then you find a particle that looks like water gushing. At least I think… I’ve never used that entity before.

Well info_particle_system doesn’t really have anything that could emit particles. It’s just a huge list of control points and their parents.
