How to rig fingers?

I checked the Valve community wikia. I couldn’t find anything on what the bones needed to be named so they could be posed. Is there some other website that has a tutorial? Google turned up nothing.

Just decompile one of the citizen models and look at the bone names there, or hell, just look at it in HLMV.

HLMV has never worked for me. And where would one of these citizen models be?

Theres my codex file (shows what relates to others things), though i’ve removed some of my comparisons so there was just what you need there (and left the Vortigaunt ones for kicks :P).

So I need to have ALL of that, or can I improvise?

You need to name the bones your using the same as what i’ve got written there (The ones under the Valve Biped header, the Vautigaunt ones are just showing which bones line up to the Valve Biped ones).
