How and where would you create an SVN repository? I really want one.
First, make sure your confident you know how SVN runs, what a checkout and commit are, etc. Next, find a host.
As far as I know, sourceforge and googlecode both offer SVN space that you can checkout, commit, and let guests checkout from as well, but they require you to license your code/what ever under an open source license.
If your a more serious developer, then check out http://beanstalkapp.com/, which aggregates your SVN into a neat setup with any license.
Google code will host a repository with a 1GB limit, BUT what ever you put in there has to be open source. You just need a Gmail account to set one up.
