HUD text face changing when Derma panel is opened.

This is probably an easy one for you guys, though I cant seem to find anything directly about this issue.

My normal HUD appears like this:

However when a Derma panel is opened with a different font face the HUD text face changes also.

How can I stop this happening? It appears the original text setting is getting overwritten.


You need to call surface.SetFont before drawing the text.
