I cant do anything in hammer

I want to create BMS based gmod map but when I create new level in hammer I only see this

Please help

Try creating the map in Half Life 2 and porting the BMS materials instead.

reset your garrysmod hammer config and use the mount.cfg in the cfg folder of garrysmod and set the path to where the gameinfo.txt is of bms mod i.e somthing like “BMS” “C:\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\blackmesa” and gmod hammer should then load the bms textures and models :slight_smile:

have you used hammer before? If so, Have you simply tried making a brush yet? And have you changed the camera mode to 3d shaded textured polygons?
