I need Some Serious Help..

Heres the Dealio I’ve read around that after the newest update that you have to create a File ‘Gameinfo.txt’
inside the Garrysmod\garrysmod Folder.
I bought the Game about Ten minutes ago and when i went through all that into Steamapps and what not…
I didnt have a Garrysmod\garrysmod File
So i tried to do the gameinfo.txt file into the first garrysmod folder and…
Didn’t work…Im considering uninstalling and reinstalling…
Advice?

Try reinstalling right now. I think garry fixed the update crap.
