Inciendary Bullets

How would I go about making my SWEP fire a bullet that lights the entity it shot on fire?

You need to add a callback to the bullet structure, like this:
[lua]bullet.Callback = function(attacker, tr, dmginfo)
if ValidEntity(tr.Entity) then
tr.Entity:Ignite(5, 10);
end
end[/lua]
