Initializing util.AddNetworkString("string") but where?

Server.lua:

**function** SendTargetDataToClient(ply,command,args)
	util.AddNetworkString( "SendTargetDataToClient" )
	net.Start("SendTargetDataToClient")
	local list = file.Find("testfolder/*.txt","DATA")
	net.WriteTable(list)
	net.Send(ply)
**end**

How or where can I initialize “util.AddNetworkString”? It’s too late when I do it like this in my function.

“To pool a string you need to call util.AddNetworkString( “string” ) serverside before trying to send the message. Ideally you’d do this when your Lua files are being loaded” […] http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Calling_net.Start_with_unpooled_message_name

I don’t know how it should look like.

Edit: Okay, I think I figured it out.
