Internal triggers.

I’ve been looking around and cant find the solution.

I’ve been trying to fix an issue with engine based triggers in my gamemode. ( trigger_once ect. ) I need them to fire but only when a player with certain criteria pass through it.

Is there any way of hooking directly into the entity and then returning a bool true or false to allow or disallow it from firing.
I don’t want to edit the maps to make custom entities if possible… if I get no luck then I will just have to edit the maps.
