Internet Dedicated Server goes LAN mode mid-game...

I have a problem with my Garry’s mod dedicated server.

The server is on my local network.
It is a Internet server, with “sv_lan” set to “0” in server.cfg, so others can connect.
It works like a charm, but whenever I connect to it from my local network, the server goes to LAN mode.
The problem is here. When it goes to LAN mode, the current players can play all day long, but no new players can connect.

I would like for it to be like this: Players are playing --> I connect from Local network --> Server stays in Internet mode --> New players can connect.

So, I need some help with that.

Here’s my server.cfg:

sv_minrate 0
sv_maxrate 22500
sv_maxupdaterate 100
sv_minupdaterate 10
sv_region 3
sv_timeout 220
sv_downloadurl "Secret!"
sv_allowdownload 0
sv_allowupload 0
sv_alltalk 3
log on
sbox_noclip 0
sv_cheats 0
sv_loadingurl "Something here"

sv_lan 0

rcon_password "Not gonna show this!"
sv_password "none"
hostname "FinlandGaming - Zombie Survival"

Thank you!

By the way… Why do I have a “You are going to get Banned” messagebox at the top of this site? I haven’t done nothing wrong by asking help, have I?

Forgot to mention that the problem was appearing when server was on windows platform.
Today I temporarily switched to Debian, and when I connected, there was no problems of any kind.

So it seems I am going to use Debian from now on.
I think this is now solved.
