When I make a server in Gmod svn it crashes after 3 minutes and says i have Invalid Steam ID Ticket or something like that. What’s going on?

whats gmod svn? and steam is doing server work. it oughta work soon.
The servers should be fine by now it ended at 9:00 PM PST
Nevermind I deleted that blob thing or whatever in the steam folder, thanks though
