Is it possible 2 "port" the new prop_static format from a newer source engine?

Hellow, got a little question

is it possible 2 port over the new prop_static format from a newer source engine like CSGO, L4D2 to garrysmod?

why?
well the static props from csgo, l4d2 can be painted etc… as well they give a better performance as the prop_dynamic/physics do if you just wanna paint a car from l4d or something as a static prop

While the Props can be backwards ported, the painted colors thing isn’t possible in legacy source. (I’ve tried)

And the best way to do the props is use crowbar to decompile all of them, then recompile all of them. (You can just rename files, however it isn’t a clean process and some things break in the process)
