Is there any addon for staticing props?

I know there’s something like it in Clockwork, OpenAura and such. By typing a command a prop becomes basically part of the map, and stays there when a player disconnects/server restart. Does this exist and is avaliable for other gamemodes?

Actually, you could use this. I was messing around with this earlier for a small project but decided to hook into wire mods adv dupe instead. This method would also save all constraints relating to those entities and all data, presuming the entitiy supports duplication.

What about persisting props by right clicking them?

That doesn’t save them server side, does it? So they are always there.

I am pretty sure it does.
