L4D Map Thumbnail/Poster Problems

So I’ve been doing some artwork for a Survival map a friend is making and we’ve gotten to the part where everything is done but the poster and the thumbnail. The thumbnail isn’t appearing properly (as the purple/black checkerboard) and the poster is stretched beyond belief,we were planning on doing the name spaces last so don’t worry about that.

Here is the original poster:

And the .VMT for the poster:

"UnlitGeneric"
{
	"$translucent" 1
	"$basetexture" "VGUI\LoadingScreen_DeadonArrival"
	"$vertexcolor" 1
	"$vertexalpha" 1
	"$no_fullbright" 1
	"$ignorez" 1
	"$additive" 0
}

Here’s the .VMT for the thumbnail (the image dimensions are correct according to the tutorial)

"UnlitGeneric"
{
	"$basetexture" "maps\vgui\l4d_sv_dead_on_arrival"
	"$vertexcolor" 1
	"$vertexalpha" 1
	"$no_fullbright" 1
	"$ignorez" 1
	"$additive" 0
}

The tutorial wasn’t exactly clear on how I was supposed to name the thumbnail image so I named it as the name of the .bsp file

If you’re wondering how the poster looks in game here it is:

If anyone can provide any help I would appreciate it greatly.

EDIT:Here’s our reference tutorial :http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/L4D_Campaign_Add-on_Tutorial

Hopefully this is the correct forum for this post
