Lagging on phys maps even low settings, normal maps 300 fps

Im lagging on phys maps (45-1 FPS) but on normal maps like gm_construct i have 300 fps and i run all settings full even if i take my settings down it still lag in phys maps
and it says “Node graph out of date rebuilding” when i start a phys map
Help.
