My map has a leak and for the life of me I cannot figure out why it is leaking, I have read the compile log and it says a prop is leaking through the map or something, I deleted the prop and then it moved on to say a different prop was leaking, I’m lost and could use some help. Could some kind soul lend a hand to a fellow mapper? This map isn’t horrible, it just needs to be sealed.

Those func_details won’t seal your map.

Deleting props won’t fix leaks. The only way to fix leaks is to put a brush, not an entity over the leak.

rawr, put a no draw box around you whole map and hollow it.

Don’t you dare.

At worst, it causes you entire map to be rendered at using, making it laggy and useless. At best, it causes the engine to render more faces than necessary (i.e. faces it would otherwise remove) and therefore also causes a performance hit.
