Don’t quote me on this, but I’m fairly certain that none of the current decompilers are fully compatible with Portal 2, L4D1\2, or DotA 2. Very few models actually seem to work, and those that do have some severe complications.
You might check around for information on Atlas and P-Body, back when they were being ported. I remember them being really badly messed up.
