Left4Dead Animation Decompiling help...

Well, after reading some of the threads on L4D model decompiling, I was able to decompile the L4D hunter + hunter animations to experiment with. The problem is, the animations decompile, but all the keyframes become duplicates of the first frame, resulting in about a MB worth of garbage .smds.

What I’d like to know, is if anyone has gotten the L4D hunter animations to decompile, because I’d really like to use them. Has anyone successfully done it and if so, can you share that knowledge with me?
